Namaste Friends & Welcome to Heaven on Earth Wellness, a space for healing, feeling, growing, finding your life’s purpose & so much more !
My passion for wellness started in 2002, when I had my first child. I had a very busy life, young Mom, career driven, looking for balance and grounding.
I found yoga...my very first yoga teacher inspired me to want to be a yoga teacher, I loved how she brought people together in a safe space so I could disconnect from my day and thoughts and connect to my inner peace and just “be.”
I brought some friends together and this became our meeting place.
In 2012 I lost my best friend, my Mom and with the grace of God I inherited her courage, faith & strength which inspired me to become a yoga teacher. I graduated my first 200 YTT training during the pandemic along with my Life Coaching certification with BlissOM studio and have been teaching and coaching ever since and truly LOVE it! June 2022 I completed a 300 RYT yoga teacher training with Freedom Yoga & Red Barn Wellness along with Equine Reiki and Horse communication Certification with my long time friend and mentor Fotini Chandrika - truly life changing experiences allowing the sacred horse to guide my teachings.
I believe we have feel to heal, and throughout my journey of healing and humbly in the spirit of learning I was drawn to Reiki healing and signed up in 2018 with Welcome Angels to obtain my Usai Reiki Level 1, 2 and Masters Certification and in 2020 Mediumship and Angel Card Certification. What a true honour and experience with the beautiful Lucy Basso.
During the Month of November, I have created a "November to Remember" Month where I host Karma yoga classes, ceremonies, day events, in honour of my Mom who was forever giving and helping others. Look out for events, would love to have you join me in the spirit of giving.
In 2021 we moved to a ranch and we were blessed to have the animals stay. We now have a horse name Aria who is a Devine being ~ she is always sharing her light and gifts with all our guests and 2 goats, Michael and Jordan who continuously make us laugh and who are also brother and sister to Aria ! We also have our puppy COCO who I adore!!
This space is our little piece of heaven on earth , join us for full moon ceremonies, yoga classes, day retreats, healing sessions OR to book your private group retreat with me.

I'm finding it challenging to find the words to express how thankful, how grateful, how blessed to have shared the day with you both this past Sunday. It was a privilege, and an honour to be in your presence,. The light in each of you shines so brightly, it is infectious, it draws us in, it is healing. I am so grateful to have been able to spend this time with both you and Aria, Michael and Jordan, with all the beautiful women that day... the words " thank you" are not enough ... please continue to do what you do, it is obvious that is comes from your hearts and souls... everyone who crosses your paths is truly , truly blessed.
